Loyalty Rewards program launch
Budget Direct were looking to relaunch their loyatly rewards as a cashback program. I was tasked with creating the launch comms to old program users, eligible members and newly eligible members. The goal was to convert Budget Direct's database of members to loyalty members and maximise engagement. I designed a launch series of emails targeted to each segment, including teaser emails, a three part launch series with a final insentive push to convert the laggards, a welcome series to educate and excite and emails for eventualities, such as amounts in e-wallets and re-engage emails for members who hadn't repurchased after a timelimit. The launch series averaged over 70% open rates, over 50% CTRs and over 10% conversions.

Tim Mitra International
TMI is a Real estate specialist outsourcing provider that was looking for a launch strategy to enter the Australian market & provide consistent leads to their contracted salespeople. The challenge was their limited budget & lack of name recognition. We helped design a strategy that involved a targeted email campaign to real estate agencies that advertised the roles that TPI provided. We wrote the copy for an email series designed to get traffic to their website & make the follow-up call much easier for the salespeople. The results were an over 70% open rate (from a database that didn't know them), a 10% conversion rate and a 25% conversion rate for sales appointments.

RACQ 30% cashback promotion
RACQ wanted to increase engagement with their new cashback loyalty program which had steadily declined during the cost of living crisis. To boost engagement we planned a 30% cashback promotion in coordination with all 300+ retailers listed on their program. I designed the communications, and the assets then managed the loyalty platform to schedule the campaign. The result was over $85k in transactions, which was a more than 100% increase, over 300% in conversions at 4% and a higher baseline of engagement after the promotion was over.

ALH Group Spin the Stakes 2024 Spring Carnival Promotion
The ALH Group held the Spin the Stakes pub promotion during the 2024 Spring racing carnival. The promotion featured POS QR codes that led to a purpose-built platform that allowed patrons to spin the wheel for a chance to win a share of $60k in prizes. The project's goals were repeat patronage and downloads for their Pub+ app. I had to map out the customer journey & design communications to achieve the campaign objectives. I designed & wrote the copy for the campaign emails, resulting in over 140,000 spins and over 40,000 repeat customers participating across 352 venues across Australia.
